Varicose Veins Laser is a procedure to close varicose veins and is designed to restore normal blood flow to twisted and bulging veins. The EVLT endovenous laser procedure is performed by inserting a catheter into the varicose vein and using ultrasound to guide the catheter through the vein. A laser heats the walls of the vein, causing them to close and causing blood to stop flowing through the vein. After the procedure, the varicose veins gradually shrink and disappear, encouraging more efficient blood circulation.
Application: Treatment of varicose veins, EVLT
Advantages:
1.Minimally invasive surgery: rapid post-operative recovery and improved surgical safety.
2.Outpatient surgery: change from former inpatient surgery to outpatient surgery, with high surgical precision, shorter surgery time, and reduced patient pain.
3.Reduced treatment costs: EVLT takes only 1 hour to complete, requires only a small incision and the patient can resume normal activities immediately.
